After a cake fiasco last year where they ended up refunding my money, I decided to give them another shot this year. Last night about 645 I went in to order a cake. No one was to be found so I figured that the bakery was closed, no biggie. I looked in the book of options, picked what I wanted, took a picture of it with my phone (including the cake number), and called this morning to order. According to them if it's over a 2 layer cake you have to give them 2 weeks notice AND if it's in the book you have to go in person to order. Neither of these were posted anywhere to be found. I explained to them that I don't have a vehicle to come in, that I just wanted cake 17501(ninja turtles) as it was pictured, with white cake. Not difficult. The woman then said "I told you that you have to come in".
Well Walmart bakery, you just lost yet another customer. Sorry not sorry.
